Despite that, they've phoned me at least five more times today. I checked online and found loads of bad reviews about the same number, so I've decided to block them.

I got this recorded message saying my card was used fraudulently! Honestly, no idea what they’re after. I think you’re meant to press 2 if you didn’t authorise the £??? payment abroad, then they try to get your account details and PIN! It’s so easy for someone to be tricked. They never mentioned which bank or card it was, just hoping to catch someone off guard. Why don’t these lot just get proper jobs? There’s plenty of work around!

Got a call from some lot pretending to be Carphone Warehouse, but they don't exist anymore - it’s Curry's Carphone now. These folks are from a call centre, probably in Pakistan, pushing a deal on an iPhone 11 for £25 a month. They ask for your details, then sign you up for an iPhone 13 Pro Max on all sorts of networks, send the phones off somewhere you'll never get them, and then the credit goes bad because you’re never gonna pay for those phones. Seriously, don’t hand over your info to anyone saying they're from Carphone Warehouse.
