I told them there was no way I could be involved in any car accident since I don't drive at all - I've got epilepsy and I've never had a licence. They rudely told me to shut up and pay attention, which really got on my nerves. So I snapped back, "Listen here, I'm 25, have epilepsy, live nowhere near Birmingham where this supposed accident took place - I'm in Newcastle-upon-Tyne. If you keep calling, I'll be reporting you lot to the cops, idiots." After that, I slammed the phone down and blocked the number straight away.

The bloke said it wasn’t within two years or something like that. When I asked how they got my contact, he said I’d called them first - which I know isn’t true. Luckily, I’ve blocked it now.

I got a call about an accident claim, they kept saying I'd been in some sort of crash in the past couple years. I told them I definitely hadn’t, but they wouldn’t let it go, kept asking why my details were in their system. I told them it must be some kind of fraud, someone must’ve given my info without permission. Still, they kept pushing that the accident happened and even said maybe I’d just forgotten it. I ended up just hanging up on them.
