called me on a bank holiday but didn’t say a word when i picked up. feels dodgy and i think it’s a scam.

Got a robo-call today that spammed my voicemail with loads of dots. The voice was saying stuff like ‘press 4 for kitchen and bathroom deals’ or ‘press 5 for bathroom offers’ and so on. Makes me curious if hitting 9 does anything - like getting off their list or just passing you along to some other dodgy group? Proper suspicious if you ask me.

Got a call from someone claiming to be from a home advice centre, saying there’s a government program that covers the full cost of new gas or electric boilers (is that even true?). He started saying he’d ask me about 10 questions, but I just cut the call straight away. Seems dodgy.
