Just like others have mentioned, the guy running this flat scam is some bloke named Stuart Wright from 21a Plymouth Road, Barnt Green, Birmingham. All the phone numbers linked to this are under his name and address. No shock he’s got a posh house when he’s constantly conning folks! He’s been reported before yet carries on regardless. Please keep reporting him so something gets done - none of us deserve to be treated like this.

This is the second occasion this number's rung us, and I've gone ahead and reported it to the TPS since our landline's already on their list. I think it’s connected to some loft insulation sales? We’ve been free from cold calls for ages, but now it seems like our number's been passed on or sold to these callers.

A guy named Chris, talking proper like with a posh accent, rang me up about the loft insulation and how condensation might be a problem, offering to do a survey. He’s called about it five times in half a year, with the most recent just yesterday. Every time I asked him for specifics about our loft, he couldn’t really explain much and said his manager had all the info because he was still new at the job. Honestly, this feels like a dodgy scam, so I’d be careful if you get a call like this.

I usually pick up and just keep the phone off the hook for a couple of hours, so it doesn’t cost me anything. Once, after about 15 minutes I tuned in and they told me to swap my handset, I just told them to get lost. Whenever they call, I just do the same trick and leave it off the hook for ages. No harm done.
