As others have pointed out, the individual responsible for this loft con is a fraudster named Stuart Wright, residing at 21a Plymouth Road, Barnt Green, Birmingham. This phone number along with several others trace back to him directly. It's hardly surprising that he resides in such a lovely house, given how he continues to deceive unsuspecting folks! Despite having received complaints, he persists in his dishonest ways. It’s crucial that we all continue to report him so that authorities can finally intervene, as it’s utterly unacceptable for any of us to endure this.

This is the second occasion we've received a call from this number, so I've gone ahead and reported it to the Telephone Preference Service, given that our landline is on their list. It seems to be related to some kind of loft insulation sales pitch? We've made it abundantly clear that we're not interested in cold calls for a long while now, yet it appears our number has somehow been circulated or sold off to this lot.
