I've received four calls from this number in the span of just two days. The initial call, the bloke claimed he was the local energy advisor around my area. He asked how I was doing, to which I replied, "I'm very well, thank you. Cheers, but I'm off." The second time, I didn’t even let him get a word in and just hung up straight away. On the third call, his voice sounded all jumbled, which was odd. By the fourth call, he was back again, introducing himself as John, the local energy advisor.
