Got a ring from someone called Hannah claiming to be from the "home assessment team," but honestly she sounded exactly like Jackie from the "damp prevention team"! I didn’t even bother replying, just ended the call straight away and blocked the number. After checking the comments here, looks like this number is just another bloody scammer.

Got a call at 5pm on the 24th of October but when I answered there was no one there.

Got a call from a dodgy number but as soon as I answered, there was silence. Sounds like a scam to me, so I've blocked it straight away.

Got a call at 4:45pm on my phone, which has been signed up to the TPS for over 15 years, so shouldn’t really be getting these unwanted calls. Went straight to voicemail but no message, just dead silence for about 10 seconds then they hung up. Looks like one of those automated calls just trying numbers at random all over the UK, judging by how many others are getting calls at the same time. I’ve flagged it as suspicious since whoever’s behind this isn’t respecting the TPS regulations.
