The person on the phone went on and on about how my property was supposedly on some list for having faulty loft insulation. They had quite the spiel about how the usual things you find in lofts can lead to dampness and humidity problems. Apparently, they're supposedly in the neighbourhood offering complimentary quotes to replace loft insulation. It all strikes me as a rather cliché scam, trying to drum up business through dodgy assertions.
