I'm pretty sure the folks saying this number is genuine are actually scammers trying to fool people. I rang NatWest myself and they told me it definitely isn't their number and that it's a scam.

Got a call from this NatWest number earlier, but to be sure I rang them back on their official line that I had saved. Turns out it was a genuine call after all.
