Honestly so frustrating, they’ve been ringing me daily for the past week non stop.

No clue who that was, the phone just buzzed twice then stopped! (They keep calling loads of numbers, then as soon as someone picks up, the rest stop ringing - SO FRUSTRATING!) I’m with Scottish/Southern Electric and they do ring now and then if you’ve recently contacted them on the phone. They sometimes call it a "customer satisfaction survey". You can ring them and tell them to stop phoning your number, but heads up - they might ring you back on any number you’ve ever used to call them, even a mate’s phone!

This number just won’t quit ringing me! I tried calling it back and hit 1 to unsubscribe. Then they asked for all sorts of details - my full name, phone number and address. I gave everything except my address, and they STILL keep phoning! I even got in touch with Scottish Power about it, and they had no clue about these calls. It’s definitely dodgy and feels like a phishing scam. I’ve reported it to OFCOM and signed up with the TPS to block nuisance calls, but these lot keep pestering me. They just phoned again moments ago; I picked up and they immediately hung up. This has been going on solid for a couple weeks. Honestly, DO NOT call this number back. That’s exactly what they want - they cut you off so you return the call and they sneakily charge you.

This number keeps ringing me but no one talks on the other end, just dead silence. When I eventually got through to a person, it was actually Scottish Power pushing their gas and electricity deals.

Picked up the phone and an automated voice said it was Scottish Power but the call was a mistake. They said if I want them to stop ringing, I should call back and ask to be removed from their list. I didn’t bother calling back though, since you can’t really know if it's a genuine number or just one of those pricey premium rate ones.

I keep getting calls from this number like twice or thrice daily, but they never leave a voicemail or anything. If it’s really Scottish Power, they’re just wasting their breath. I usually just don’t bother answering it.

Today, this number rang me six times on my mobile. I've been working night shifts and really wasn’t happy about the constant cold calls. By the third time, I just switched my phone to silent to avoid the disruption.
