Someone really needs to slap fines on this company for all the scam texts they keep sending. Honestly, they should be made to pay about £2.50 each time they send one. It’s basically fraud since when you ring what looks like a normal mobile number, you end up connected to a pricey premium service. Hope the police get involved and hammer them with some proper charges!

I received the same message and was almost certain it was dodgy, but I remembered a firm that had been trying to reach me. So I phoned them back about 10.20pm. They put me on hold but never said who I was speaking to, so after a short wait I ended the call. If a company is really open at that hour, I've never known them to stick you on hold like that. Not exactly the best time for callers, is it? Ended up hanging up, and I bet my next phone bill will charge me just for those few seconds on hold.

This is definitely a RIPOFF. When they send the exact same ref number no matter who you are, and nobody picks up the phone, it’s probably a trick to make you ring them back so they can make a bit of money off your call charges. Best to avoid picking up or ringing back at all.
