Yesterday at precisely 12:17 in the afternoon, I received a rather alarming text from the number 07456 798045. It implored me to ring the 0844 number indicated above and mention reference 123390, claiming it was crucial that I speak with them today. The message kicked off with "ATTENTION!" as though it were a matter of great urgency. Naturally, I decided to disregard it.

I got a rather dodgy text earlier, claiming they'd attempted to get in touch with me and that it was urgent, referencing some code 123390. It's clearly a scam, isn't it? I did a quick search online and found loads of folks who'd received the same message. Apparently, when you try calling the number back, you're left hanging on the line for ages, and I'm guessing they must be raking in some outrageous charges while you're stuck there. Best to steer clear of that one!
