EVERYONE CLAIMING THIS IS REAL IS MISTAKEN. THIS IS ABSOLUTELY A SCAM AND YOU NEED TO RING YOUR REAL BANK RIGHT AWAY! I've received five phone calls already, all from various individuals, each with a foreign accent, insisting that my son urgently needed to get in touch regarding some 'personal banking issue' with Halifax. To top it off, we also got an incredibly suspicious letter purportedly from 'Halifax', which claimed that he had failed to make a payment.
