Received some dodgy calls supposedly from EE, claiming there are discounts available on my account. But when I inquired further, they couldn't provide my name or details of my contract. Quite fishy, if you ask me!

It seems rather apparent that you might be affiliated with them! This whole operation feels like a right con, especially since they can't seem to verify identities like a legitimate company would do!

I had a ring from this number claiming to be from EE. Initially, I was quite sceptical and didn't buy into it. However, I eventually entertained the offer they proposed, and I must say, they were genuine. Everything they promised was delivered, and I'm quite pleased with the arrangement. In fact, I ended up signing up for two lines-one for myself and another for my partner!

Got a call from someone saying there was a payment issue with my EE account. Rang EE myself and they said it wasn’t from their side at all! Definitely a dodgy call.

I got a call from this number and my security app flagged it straight away as a potential spam caller. I didn't pick up and just blocked the number. I’m grateful to those who’ve recently raised their worries about it. However, I'm left wondering how they obtained my number in the first place, especially since I’m on the Telephone Preference Service list.

Got a call from someone claiming to be with EE, asking for my security details. The accent was really hard to get, sounded Indian. Felt fishy straight away, so I just ended the call and blocked the number. Definitely dodgy.

I received a call from an Asian lady claiming to be associated with EE, wanting to discuss my contract upgrade. The only issue is, I'm not even a customer of EE! When I asked her how she had come by my number, she abruptly hung up. Quite the odd experience!

Got conned by this number claiming to be from EE. They told me about some amazing deal on iPhones and then asked for my EE account password. Next thing I know, they've gone ahead and purchased two iPhones using my account. Proper dodgy!

WATCH OUT! SCAM ALERT! I had a rather dodgy phone call from a lady with a heavy accent claiming to be from EE, insisting I was due for an upgrade. I ended up parting with £50 for a new phone, which they promised would arrive the next day. However, the real con is that they’ll send you the wrong device and then instruct you to ship it back to some address in Birmingham. They'll lure you with the idea that you’ll get two months free due to “an error on EE's part.” In truth, you’re essentially setting up a new account in your name while the scammers do a runner with your money and phone. Stay vigilant, folks!

WATCH OUT! SCAM ALERT! I had a rather dodgy call from a woman with a thick accent claiming to be from EE, and she insisted I was due for an upgrade. Feeling tempted, I forked out £50 for a new phone, promised to arrive the following day. The con is that they’ll send you the wrong device and then instruct you to return it to some address in Birmingham. They’ll sweeten the deal with a promise of two months free, citing "an error" by either them or EE. In reality, you’ll merely be setting up a new account in your name and sending off your phone to these fraudsters. Stay vigilant!

Just got a call from 08005385787, said it was 02 with some offer about my monthly plan. They wanted me to give a 6 digit code - I knew straight away it was a scam, trying to sneak into my account. Don’t give them any info!

This person tried to sell a car that they clearly don't actually own, and it's totally not for sale. They were using made-up websites and email accounts along with bogus profiles to trick people. Really dodgy stuff.

Without a doubt, this was a dodgy call. The person on the line claimed to be from O2, trying to lure me in with an enticing contract upgrade and a hefty discount. Seeing as I’m not an O2 customer, I quickly recognised it as a scam.

Had a call at 12:25 on March 2nd. There was definitely a genuine voice on the other end, sounded like they might have been Asian or Indian, claiming to be from “Phone House”. I hung up straight away and put them on my blocked list.

I tried ringing that number again and was met with a rather polite automated message, thanking me for contacting 02 customer support. The thing is, I’m not even a customer of theirs, which clearly points to a scam. Do yourself a favour and avoid answering if this number calls you!
