Virgin Media keeps ringing me nonstop. I started an order online but never completed it, now they’re constantly calling to try and get me to finish it. Proper annoying!

Seems like it’s someone from Virgin named Joy. I’ve been getting calls from this and other numbers ever since I sent them a letter to cancel my subscription after really bad service and constant outages. Told her I’m not interested in cold calls and just ended the call.

Virgin Media called me. I used to be with them but left because their broadband was rubbish, like trying to hold water in your hands. They were offering some deal, but for my area (got fibre installed back in 2017), it’s pretty awful. I told them my number’s on the TPS list and that I’ve sent STOP to their texts before. Never gave them permission to ring me with marketing stuff.

Virgin called me even tho I stopped being a client and asked to be removed from their marketing list over 2 years ago. This feels like a clear break of GDPR and the Information Commissions rules. I’m glad I switched providers cause their service was pretty rubbish - constant dropouts and lag. When I left, they offered me a new media hub which apparently fixed those issues. Should have sorted that out while I was still a customer, not as I was leaving!
