They really did come through! I got a speed boost, the premium TV bundle, Netflix, and an unlimited mobile SIM all for the sweet price of £72 a month for eighteen months - that’s a whopping £50 less than what I was paying before! There’s a post on here from 21/12, roughly 14 posts before this, that explains everything about this number. I’ve noticed real bank fraud lines sometimes get marked as spam by phone providers. Don’t ever report numbers to 7726 unless you’re absolutely certain it’s a scam and not just a legit company number being faked. If you get a dodgy call, best to report it through Action Fraud’s website and leave it to the police to handle.

I reckon it was a legit Virgin call since they knew I’d spoken to them online about an upgrade the day before. When I told the lady I wasn’t interested in their deals, she was really polite and just said goodbye. No pressure at all, so I’m pretty sure it was genuine.

This is a legit Virgin Media phone number. The post below says it's marked as a scam, but that's because lots of people have reported it to their network or to ‘7726’ as suspicious, so the phone companies automatically flag it. It’s been around forever and has racked up over 300,000 views here. Real scammers don’t stick with one number long enough to hit even 3,000 views on this site. That said, this number, and Virgin Media, can be a real hassle. They’re just trying to sell stuff you really don’t need, so best to just block it.

Supposedly from Virgin Media. I asked them to remove my number, like the law says, and they said if I didn’t chat with them, they’d cut off my service. Go ahead then, scammers!
