They keep ringing me non-stop, even on a Saturday once! Today alone, they've phoned at least 10 times. I was just a bit late on a payment for my Barclay credit card, and now they won't leave me alone. When I pick up, they ask for personal info to 'confirm' it's me - seriously? If you're the one calling, you should already have my details, so why must I give you my DOB, address, and bank info again? It feels dodgy to me. Check out the Barclays message up top! If a bank calls you, dont just brush it off, but always be careful and think it might be a scammer pretending to be the bank by faking the number. Best thing to do is ring your bank back using the phone number on your bank card or paperwork, but only after you know your line is free or from a different phone. Sometimes its a scammer after your details, other times it could be an actual issue with your bank account or credit card that needs sorting right away.

Got calls on 31.07.18 at 09:07 and then again on 01.08.18 at 09:12. Thankfully, BT Call Guardian stopped the calls and no voicemails were left. I've received a minimum of one call daily from this number, which I've consistently ignored. However, the other day I decided to pick up, but there was no one on the other end. Since then, the situation has escalated to as many as four calls a day. It's getting rather tiresome!

This phone number doesn’t belong to my bank, as I verified it using a trusted phone checker for banking contacts.

Got a call on Saturday telling me I owed money because my account was behind. Then on Monday, I received a letter saying everything was paid and no money was due. Today they ring me again asking for payment! Seems like a total scam to me.

I tried what the person above said but when I used Barclays number checker through google it showed up as a bogus number.

This isnt barclaycard, its a complete scam. If ur ever unsure about a call from someone sayin they’re from Barclays just google “Barclays phone number checker” and put the number in. The site will tell u if it’s a real one or not.

They rung me up twice today but both times I picked up they just put the phone down. Weird. ????????
