i keep getting calls from this number but i just ignore them. i only pick up if the number’s saved in my phone or if they leave a voicemail and it’s someone familiar. otherwise, i don’t bother.

Today I got a few calls from this number but ignored them since I didn’t know who it was. Finally picked up on the last one, and there was a guy with an American accent asking if it was me. When I said yes, he just ended the call straight away. After seeing what people have said here, I’ve just decided to block the number just in case.

Got a call from someone pretending to be from a government agency, telling me I owed a massive amount and that they could clear up to £60,000. I told them I didn’t owe anything and called them out for sounding like a scam, then they just hung up on me. Pretty sure they were fishing for my bank info.

Just got a call a few minutes ago. When I asked who it was, the person said nobody and then quickly ended the call. Really strange!

I swear, every hour I'm putting these numbers on my block list, but they just ring back swapping out the last three digits. It's like they never give up. Some days, I get multiple calls from them, day in and day out. I've already blocked nearly ten of their numbers, all basically the same except for those last digits. Once I block one, they switch to another similar number. This has got to be tackled somehow. I usually get annoying calls, but this lot is on a whole different level. They feel downright threatening.
