Got a call from someone saying they were an Amazon delivery person asking for a one-time password so they could drop off a telly for my missus. Thing is, we never ordered any TV and I was right there with my wife at home. Definitely a scam.

Really odd experience this time. Someone claimed to be from Amazon, but I hadn’t bought anything from them. What freaked me out was that they actually knew my home address. Then out of nowhere, I got another message asking for directions to my block! Gotta say, that was a pretty clever scam attempt.

Got a couple of messages from some Amazon delivery bloke asking for help to get inside the block, then later texted again to say he’d dropped the parcel by my front door.

Got a message from what looked like an official Amazon number but it had a weird question mark at the end. The text said something like, "An Amazon driver needs assistance with your delivery. Reply STOP to put an end to texts from drivers in your shed. Your parcel’s been dropped off, this chat will close in five minutes." Thing is, I wasn’t expecting anything and had stayed home all day, plus my shed was empty. Ended up blocking the number and reporting it straight away.

Got a message saying I need to text STOP if I don't want any more texts from Amazon. They also wanted me to give details or landmarks so the delivery driver can find my place. Thing is, I never ordered anything! Definitely a scam!

I got a call from a mobile number claiming to be Amazon.

Got a text from an Amazon delivery bloke saying he’d be at my place in about 10 minutes. Sure enough, he showed up right on time with the package. Looks like the number was legit.

I got hassled all day today by a so-called Amazon delivery person. They kept reaching out through emails, texts, calls, and even left me voicemails. The numbers they used were 01895519279, 07418342912, and 07868802242. Proper annoying!

I got this weird message saying something like "An Amazon driver needs assistance with your order. Text STOP to opt-out of messages from Amazon drivers." Shortly after, another text popped up telling me "your order has been delivered. this chat will close in 5 minutes". Everything I ordered was already delivered, so I knew it was dodgy. Then I had a call from a different number I didn’t pick up (‭07868 802242‬). I’ve gone ahead and blocked that number now.
