This wasn’t a scam at all. I got a text telling me my package was about to arrive and to keep my pets safe and all. Then, no more than 5 minutes later, the parcel actually showed up. Right after that, the same number sent me another message confirming the delivery. Quite impressed, really!

Got a message from this number a little while ago, and even though it seemed a bit strange, it turned out to be legit. I checked the Amazon app afterwards and it matched a delivery I’d just got. Bit unusual but definitely from an actual Amazon courier.

ABSOLUTELY A SCAM! I reached out to Amazon and they confirmed it's not them. The weirdest part is these scammers somehow knew exactly when my delivery was supposed to show up... I have no clue how they find out the delivery times. Everyone, please be cautious, this isn’t from Amazon, it’s just a scam!

Seems like a scam to me - I’ve got no packages due from Amazon. The first text looked like it was copied straight from a legit Amazon notification. Then there was another one saying they tried to deliver but couldn’t find the housemate. Definitely feels dodgy.

I received it a bit late but it’s definitely legit. Just text back STOP like they say in the message. Funny thing is, I was actually expecting a delivery today, and it arrived before I even got their text. This really is a genuine Amazon notification.

Completely legit message from Amazon here. Got a text saying, “Your driver has an update about your package. If you want to stop getting delivery or pickup texts from Amazon, reply STOP. Hi, I'm heading over now with your delivery. Please make sure any pets are secured and turn a light on if it’s dark, cheers!” Then just a few mins after they dropped it off, another message popped up: “Your order is delivered. This chat will close in 5 minutes.” I was tracking the delivery, so it showed up like 3 or 4 mins before it actually arrived. Very legit and spot on timing!

Weird experience but no real worries. Got a message saying my Amazon package was on its way, which made me suspicious as I hadn’t ordered anything. Then, about five minutes later, a parcel turned up that I’d bought from eBay, and shortly after, another text confirmed it had been delivered. So, looks like the messages were legit after all.
