Told her no one like that lived here. Told her to learn the name properly before cold calling and threw in some swear words. She said she’d remove the number from their list. Yeah, sure. I got my 9 year old a spare phone just to play games, no credit, no calls, no texts, it’s basically just a number for WiFi gaming. Then suddenly he gets a call and comes running to me, shouting that we had to pay loads of money otherwise the phone would get blocked and the money from the bank account he’d logged into on the phone would vanish, saying the balance would be ZERO and calling me a “banchooo” or something? Tried to look it up but no clue what it means 🤷🏻‍♀️ Either way, this sounds totally wrong to me.
