This caller goes by the name of Lowell, also known as a rather unscrupulous debt collection agency. They've been incredibly persistent, ringing me incessantly over the last fortnight. They resort to deceit and intimidation, trying to coerce you into acknowledging a debt that I simply don’t owe. My advice? Terminate the call and add them to your blocked list. I suggest having a peek at their activities on YouTube - it’s quite enlightening, to say the least. Most importantly, do report them for their threatening and dishonest practices. Their tactics are quite menacing, bordering on fraudulent. If you absolutely must engage with them, insist that they provide documented proof of the alleged debt.
