What’s more alarming is that they’ve even begun to disturb her first thing in the morning, probing her for sensitive bank details related to her water bill. It's quite distressing!

Got a call from a rather arrogant lady earlier today. I asked her how she even had my details, and she just said it was “on her screen.” When I pressed her to explain how that info actually got there, she claimed I must’ve completed some survey, which I definitely hadn’t. When I told her I never did anything like that, she almost ended up swearing at me before hanging up. Really rude and off-putting.

I got a call out of the blue and they said I could get a discount since I hadn't claimed before, and they even knew my name and where I live. I already use D&G and wasn’t interested in switching on the spot for a two-year deal. The person phoning just kept saying I was missing out on £30 savings and that I could always cancel on the next call tomorrow. Just came across a comment from 15.01.2018 about D&G saying this is a total scam. BEWARE everyone!
