I received a call purporting to be from O2, and they were fishing for personal information-likely to exploit the "forgot password" mechanism and access my account. They were promising some unbelievable deals and freebies that sounded far too enticing to be genuine. Shortly after, they dispatched an item that wasn't what I ordered, requesting I return it to their so-called "warehouse". It appears their game plan is to nab a new contract under my name while tricking me into sending a brand new phone their way. Quite the dodgy trick, really!
