Somebody said they were from O2 and started asking for stuff like personal info, claiming they needed it to help reset my password. They promised me amazing deals and free stuff that sounded way too good to be real. Then, they sent me the wrong gadget and told me to send it back to their "warehouse". Turns out, they’re sneaky enough to set up a new contract on your account and make you send them a brand new phone to use. Proper scam if you ask me.
