A woman called, saying she was from O2. I couldn’t talk much as I was busy with something important and only picked up hoping it was an urgent call. She said she wanted to discuss my package. I told her it was a bad time and asked her to send details in writing instead. She replied that they couldn’t do that. I’m not so sure she was really from O2. If she was, it seems like they’re just trying to get more money out of you.
