Got a call from Arrow Excel Collections but haven’t received any court papers or letters about any debt. They messaged me a number to call back, and when I rang, they wanted to confirm my name. I asked for more info and told them I didn’t owe anything, then the call just dropped. Tried ringing the same number three times after that and no one answered. Pretty sure this is a scam, so be careful. They’re definitely not who they say they are.

Received a text purporting to be from my bank, waving a red flag about supposed fraudulent activity on my account. They wanted me to verify my date of birth along with other personal details, and then they had the audacity to request my credit card number to supposedly assist in cancelling my card. They've been ringing non stop, like 10 times just yesterday claiming to be from virgin media. Really pushy trying to get me to sign up again even though I just ended my contract. I've blocked the number now cause they wouldn't stop calling. Even with it blocked, I've seen 6 missed calls from them today on my phone. So annoying.

That was Virgin Media ringing me, I reckon they’re from their centre in Ireland as the accent gave it away. They called up after I’d cancelled my plan and wanted to find out the reason behind it.

Virgin gave me a ring just to check in after they cut off my service. Seemed proper legit, no issues at all. Weird how for others it looks like a dodgy scam or someone from O2 instead.

Got a call from this number earlier, a woman said she was from o2. I just hung up and called the number back, but it turned out to be an automated message directing you to another number or a website. The weird thing is, it didn’t sound like a legit o2 message at all - no background noise, no pauses before the voicemail started, no menu options, and it seemed like the same voice answered every time. Honestly, don’t try to fake being someone who actually works at an o2 call centre. Like I always say, if you’re not sure, just hang up and #googlethemp

Got a call from this number earlier, but I ignored it. It's definitely NOT O2 like some people claim! I looked it up on O2's site and it seems these are just scammers trying to steal your card info. I've blocked them now!

This number rang me just now and I can say for sure it was someone from the o2 sales team. Like loads of others, I was a bit iffy about it, so I phoned o2 myself and they said yeah, it’s legit and part of their sales crew. Now I’ve got a new iPad coming my way at a discounted price 🙌🏻👍🏻 Cheers o2!

They ring up acting like they’re from o2 with an amazing offer. Honestly, I checked with o2 afterwards and it was a total scam! They spoke so convincingly, even knew loads about my phone, my address, and some of my card digits. I went along with it until they asked for the full card info. Don’t get caught out, just block their number straight away.

This person is defo a scammer. They ring from another number too, 0330-3035303. Just block it, super simple. Click on the 3 dots up top, open the menu and hit BLOCK number done!
