Got a call from someone claiming to be HMRC saying I’m involved in a fraud case and that there’s a warrant out for my arrest. They told me to press 1 or I’d get arrested. It’s terrible how these scammers mess with people’s heads, especially older folks who might panic and actually press the button. They prey on people’s fear of debt.
