Got a call from someone claiming to be from HMRC, said I had a fraud case and owed over £800. They were asking if I wanted to sort it out without going to court. The caller was very pushy and threatening, sounded Asian. Really stressful, so I decided to block the number straight away.

Don’t really know what that implies, but it definitely wasn’t HMRC on the other end. Most likely just some dodgy scam meant to scare folks.
