Beware, it’s a total scam. Some bloke rings up pretending to be from HMRC, accusing you of tax fraud and threatens that if you end the call, the cops will come knocking straight away. I actually rang the genuine HMRC myself to check, they said everything with my taxes was alright, and I reported the number to them too.
