03002003931 Summary (Read all comments)

Phone number ☎️ 03002003931 👆 is reported as a persistent scam involving prerecorded calls impersonating HMRC, informing recipients of supposed tax fraud and threatening immediate arrest unless they press a number. The calls feature a refined English accent but are widely recognised as fraudulent attempts to intimidate and extract personal information or money. Recipients are advised not to engage or press any buttons, as genuine HMRC correspondence follows formal procedures and does not demand instant action via phone. Many have reported hang-ups upon resisting or blocking the number entirely. This number should be treated with caution and reported to official channels, as it aims to unsettle and exploit vulnerabilities rather than deliver legitimate communication.

Got a recorded message from a bloke with a proper posh English accent, telling me I owe taxes and to press 1 to sort it out, or else they’d send a warrant for my arrest. Not very pleasant at all. Lucky I didn’t bite the bait on this dodgy scam, but I bet plenty of folks might.

Was just at work when a call came through from 03002003931 saying I was involved in some HMRC fraud thing and if I didn’t hit 1 right away, I’d be arrested straight away. Definitely not the kind of news I wanted on a Friday afternoon!

A couple of months back, I got a call from this number, and honestly, it freaked me out at first. The person on the other end was so pushy it really stressed me out. Turns out, it was a complete scam. They told me I'd face court action if I didn’t pay up. When I asked for any reference numbers, they couldn’t give me any legit info. Honestly, steer clear of these people - they’re dangerous!

About ten minutes ago, I got a call from this number. Clearly, it’s not blocked yet but honestly, it should be.

Got a call saying there was some tax fraud linked to my phone number and to press 1 to be put through to HMRC. I just ended the call straight away - I reckon if you get transferred, it’s just a pricey premium line. It’s clearly a con since any proper fraud alert would be about your national insurance number, not your phone. - Caller ID: Scam HMRC
