This morning, I received three calls from this number. Just as others have mentioned, it’s an automated voice making all sorts of threats about a supposed arrest warrant. If only I could figure out how to block these numbers on my mobile! What a complete con!

Got calls from 0300 200 3882 and 0300 200 3886 with some bloke pretending to be from HMRC, saying I’d get arrested if I didn’t pick up. Didn’t bother answering and guess what? No one showed up. Still here, no arrests.

Got a call from this number today saying they were from HMRC... on a Saturday, no less! Gave me a load of rubbish about being arrested if I didn’t respond. Ha, as if! Here I am, still walking free and no signs of any arrest. Lucky me, I suppose 😄

Got a weird call from a robot voice claiming to be HMRC, saying I'm under fraud investigation. They told me to press 1 to talk or they'd arrest me. I ignored it and just ended the call. Seriously, what kind of outfit are these people running? They should be stopped. The number was 03002003882.

I recently received a rather disturbing automated call, which warned me of an impending arrest. Curiously, when I pressed '1' to engage with the caller, the line went dead. I tried ringing back and discovered it was supposedly HMRC, yet their offices aren't open on weekends! I'm inclined to think that scammers have somehow hijacked their number to pull off this cheeky con.

I received an HMRC scam call the other day and frankly, I was tired of their nonsense. I decided to have a bit of fun and pretended that I was actually an employee of HMRC (which I’m definitely not!). The chap on the other end seemed to panic a bit, quickly apologised, and then promptly ended the call. It was quite satisfying, if I’m honest!

I received a rather alarming automated message purporting to be from HMRC, asserting that there was a tax fraud case looming over me. They insisted that if I didn’t press 1 to connect with an agent, the authorities would be alerted and I could expect a visit from the police imminently! Utter nonsense! It’s clearly a scam-best to steer clear of answering!

It seems I've gotten wind of a tax fraud scare targeting me. Thankfully, I’m no fool, but I can imagine how unnerving this could be for others. If you get a call about it, just hang up and let it slide from your mind. Don’t give it any thought!

I received a rather alarming phone call from this number, threatening that I’d be arrested unless I pressed one. Naturally, I complied and a bloke on the other end picked up. When I inquired how I might verify his identity, he nonsensically suggested I check his credentials online. He then proceeded to ask for my personal details and even my National Insurance number. I reluctantly shared my name, and he had the audacity to claim I was implicated in a tax fraud case, querying if I had a solicitor to represent me. I responded that I didn’t, as my accountant handles all my financial matters. Just as the conversation became increasingly suspicious, the call cut off. I promptly reached out to HMRC who confirmed it was a scam. Honestly, the authorities need to intervene and tackle these bogus calls decisively!
