I wouldn’t waste your time replying, it’s a HMRC scam. I’ve blocked those two numbers already.

Got a call from some HMRC scam, the voice on the line was all automated, saying I'm being looked into for tax evasion! Be careful and let your mates and family know to watch out for it. I’ve signed up with a call blocker, so I’m hoping those annoying calls stop soon, but it might take a few weeks to kick in properly.

I missed a call from this number, so I tried ringing back and ended up reaching a mental health helpline. Pretty sure someone spoofed a legit number to make it look real.

What a rubbish call, complete nonsense from start to finish.

Got a call from some automated voice claiming to be HM Revenue, saying there’s a fraud case against me. They said if I didn’t hit number 1 soon, I’d be arrested. Total scam, obviously.

Got a robocall warning me I'd get a warrant and hauled in by HMRC if I don't press one. Really hope it's just some kind of scam!

It’s a total rip-off, don’t trust a word they say.

Got a recorded call claiming to be from HMRE warning me I'd be arrested if I didn’t press 1. So I hit [1] and ended up speaking to a bloke with an Indian accent. He wanted my HMRC info, but when I asked him to verify some stuff about me to make sure he was legit, he just told me to "go away" and promptly cut the call.

Just had a call like that and I ended up hitting 1 as well. Some bloke with dodgy English started threatening me about going to jail. Told him my taxes are all fine, no worries there. We had a bit of a row before he suddenly hung up. Still no sign of any cops turning up thankfully.

i got a recorded message claiming to be from hmrc saying there was some fraud case going on with me and if i didn’t press 1 they’d arrest me soon. really aggressive way to kick things off, not how anyone wants to be spoken to.

Looking for a full-time call centre manager with weekly pay. Some experience is essential. If you're interested, drop me a message or share your number and I’ll get in touch with further info. Just a heads up, being aggressive isn’t the best approach to kick off a chat.

Got a robo call claiming to be from hmrc, said if I didn’t hit 1 I was in trouble for fraud and could get arrested. Proper scary stuff but obviously just some dodgy scam trying to nick your personal info.

Some robotic voice kept threatening me with jail time if I didn't hit some buttons. Honestly, I couldn't help but laugh at how ridiculous it was.
