I suspect this number is involved in some sort of scam. I've heard of similar tactics being used where they call and impersonate HMRC, alleging there's tax fraud linked to your name. They pressure you to call back, threatening a warrant if you don’t. It's quite a worrying situation and definitely a number to be cautious of!
