Got a call from someone pretending to be HMRC, threatened me with arrest unless I hit 1 and spoke to their "advisor". Total scam, definitely dodgy! Caller ID showed HMRC Spam or something like that.

Got a robo call telling me there’s some fraud case with the Inland Revenue and that a warrant’s out for my arrest. It kept saying I had to press 1 or they'd come straight after me. They didn’t say a name or anything. Didn’t push any buttons though. Tried looking up the number but found no link to HMRC or anything legit.

Got a missed call earlier and when I rang back, it said it was from the Environment Agency?! Doesn’t sound like HMRC to me cos our official numbers begin with 03000 - theirs had one less zero! Another dodgy scam folks!!! - caller: 03002003195
