Received a robotic call purporting to be from HM Revenue and Customs. The message warned me about a supposed tax fraud case linked to my name. It threatened that if I didn’t press one or if the call ended abruptly, a warrant for my arrest would be forthcoming. Quite alarming!

Got a call saying they’re from the tax dept and if I don’t hit ‘1’ right away, they’re gonna send the cops after me. Total SCAM!!! Watch out!!!
