I got a call about life insurance the other day. If you tell them you already have it, they push hard to switch your policy to theirs. And if you say you don’t have any insurance at all, they try to get you to buy it straight away over the phone. Honestly, don’t fall for their tricks.

Some bloke rang saying he was from an insurance firm dealin' with life policies. I just told him I was happy with mine to shut him up. Then he started going on about how it needed to be updated. That’s when I realised it was a load of rubbish since I don’t even have life insurance. So I just said cheers and ended the call.

I saw I had a missed call so I called them back, only to find out it was some pension call centre - total waste of time. I've blocked the number now.
