There’s this number called "Beneficial" that keeps ringing me, and I always say I’m not keen. The last time they called was Saturday 18/09/21 around 8pm. I told the woman on the other end that I’ve told them loads of times to stop calling me. Then she just lost it and shouted “IDIOT ####” before slamming the phone down. I’m honestly tempted to make a complaint but don’t even know where to start with that.

I got a call saying it was from Beneficial, and they told me to call back this number if I wanted to stop getting calls from them. But when I dialled that number, it just dropped me into a recorded message that didn't actually give any option to unsubscribe or opt-out. Feels like a total scam to me.

Got a robocall from 07507989051 telling me it was a sales call and they'd ring me again later. They said if I wanted to block these calls I should call 02922460237. Don't bother ringing that number though, it’s actually based in Germany. ab

STILL GETTING THEM!!! They just keep ringing non-stop, it’s like harassment at this point. I keep telling them to stop and remove me from their contact list but it makes no difference. Whenever I try to ask properly, they just cut the call off. The automated voice then says to call 02922460237 to opt out, but nothing happens if you do - it just keeps repeating the same message over and over. I really wish I could find out who’s behind these calls.

So this number 01792735342 called me, saying they were from Beneficial. I hung up straight away but decided to phone back. On calling, I got an automated voice telling me if I want to stop getting calls, I should ring 02922460237. When I dialled that second number, I didn’t get any option or link to block the calls - just the same message over and over again. Proper frustrating!

If you’re trying to get off the list for Beneficial calls, they tell you to ring 029 2246 0237. But when you actually call, all they do is tell you to ring that very same number to stop the calls! Absolutely pointless!

Received a call at about half past seven, and surprisingly she already had my name. She asked me to verify it, which I did, then told her I wasn't interested in whatever she was pushing. Ended the call and blocked the number.
