At around 10.15am on the 16th June, I answered a call from 02843843023, but it suddenly switched to a recorded voice saying sorry they missed me and would call back tomorrow about my home appliance insurance. When I told her she had the wrong place and to remove us from the call list, she got quite hostile, saying it'd make no sense to take us off unless we’d said we’d moved (which we haven’t). She probably would’ve kept arguing if I hadn’t just hung up. I’ve had calls like this before but they usually come with a different style of approach.

This morning, I got a call from this number, with the person saying they were from Domestic Insurance and mentioning something about my kitchen appliances. Then, they started talking about cutting down my Sky cover since apparently I hadn't made a claim. I told them that Sky cover isn’t related to kitchen stuff at all. I said I’d rather ring Sky myself, said thanks and ended the call. Now, while I'm writing this, the same number’s ringing again. It went to voicemail and there was a lady’s voice saying they’d try again tomorrow. Just another annoying call I’ll be ignoring.
