She was very pushy, asking loads about what services I currently have. I fobbed her off saying I didn’t have the info with me. When I asked if she could send me something in writing about the deal, she insisted that she needed to sign me up first before she could give any more details. After that, I just ended the call nicely.

Got a call from someone called 'Ryan' with an Asian accent. He was trying to convince me to save money on my phone line rental. I told him I’d already paid a year in advance, so he just backed off. He was polite enough, but I’ve had this kind of call a few times now and it’s really annoying. Strange how they never use their real names and yet seem to know mine!

I’m pretty sure this number is fake, just like loads of others I’ve had calls from lately by scammers. Checking other forums, quite a few folks say they've been getting calls from it, sometimes quite often. Most times no one actually talked, but one person mentioned they got a voicemail about their phone service. Sounds like it might be connected to Talk Talk’s data breach leaking personal info. When I got the call, I just ignored it and definitely won’t be returning it.
