It just sounds like some muppet using an autodialer, going through numbers to figure out which ones are real, which don’t go through, and which actually pick up. Then they flog that info to other firms, who’ve been ringing me nonstop - like 4 times each day, every weekday for nearly three months now - and they completely ignore when I tell them to stop.
