I reckon this might be a spam call because they rang me, I picked up and they just dropped the call straight away. When I called the number back, there was a message saying something like "hi thanks for calling mobiles.com, we've been trying to reach you about a phone upgrade coming up - no need to ring us back as we’ll keep trying to get in touch". Whether it’s genuine or not, it’s definitely gonna be one of those annoying spam calls.

A person claiming to be from mobiles[###] called, saying they wanted to sort my contract renewal as it was about to expire - except I don’t even have a contract with them, nor is mine due to end. The info they gave was nothing like what my actual provider told me. The caller was really rude and had a sarcastic tone in every reply. Plus, he kept contradicting himself, which made it obvious he was a scammer using the fake name Samuel. The whole experience was so unprofessional, nothing like a genuine call. With all the lies and attitude, I’d say best to just ignore any calls like this.
