I got this call from a guy who was really cheeky and kinda rude, used loads of sarcasm and talked down to me. Claimed he was some kind of account manager for a “business” he supposedly owns too, and said I signed up to make extra money with him. He wouldn’t stop pushing and kept interrupting me, saying the same things again and again. Proper annoying!

Got a call pretending to be from the gas company asking for my account info. I said no way, not giving out my details. Then out of nowhere the bloke asks if he can F### me! To top it off he started banging on about his big C### and how he fancied my missus. Proper disgusting. Ended up blocking him straight away.

Got a call from an Asian man who said he could lower my electricity bills a lot. He clearly had no clue about the suppliers or current prices but kept pestering me non stop. Even after I said I wasn’t interested, he wouldn’t give up. Then somehow he got my mobile number and bombarded me with a nasty, threatening tirade for like three minutes straight! A couple of months ago, I got a call at two separate business locations from someone saying they were with the national grid. They mentioned there had been an error with our usage charges and told me it was urgent to ring them back.
