Properly rude bloke! He said his name was Daniel Amad or something like that. Claimed he was in Pakistan. I asked if I could speak to his manager. Then some guy called Arrian de Suza came on, or at least that's what he said. He told me they were actually based in London, not Pakistan. Daniel then rang me back again, out of the blue, saying he wanted a relationship and to f**k me! Honestly, quite frightening!

Got a call from this number just now. Like others have said, a really rude bloke with an Indian accent. He wanted to talk to the business owner, so I told him nicely he’s called the wrong number. Then he goes on about some number and postcode that aren’t mine at all, so I just ended the call. He rang straight back and I told him again it’s not a business address before hanging up once more. Don’t know if it’s a scam or what, but why do people get so aggressive just because they’ve dialled the wrong number? Totally unnecessary!

Honestly, I just found it hilarious and said, ‘You’re on fire today, that’s the funniest one yet!’ I couldn’t stop laughing, he went quiet, so I ended the call.

Got a call from some bloke claiming he could knock 30% off my energy bill. Told him I’d just had the same call and that this number used to belong to a restaurant he was actually trying to reach. Suddenly he started shouting, “I’m offering you 30% off, I’ve said it four times already!” After I finally got him to understand it was a house, he told me to “F### off, muppet!” Lovely chap, that one.

I've been receiving incessant calls from this number lately. Two different gentlemen from Asia rang me today. They claimed to be from the National Grid and my energy provider. The first chap said he needed to swap my meter because a coil was faulty, while the second fellow urged me to change my energy supplier. When I declined to share my date of birth-despite him already knowing my name-he cheekily suggested I must be stuck in the past! He then bombarded me with personal inquiries. I flatly told him to bugger off, but then he surprisingly suggested we could be mates and even grab a coffee! How bizarre is that?

A REALLY RUDE GUY rang us asking IF WE'RE PAYING TOO MUCH FOR OUR ELECTRICITY! I NICELY TOLD HIM NOT TO CALL OUR BUSY BUSINESS, AND HE SAID "NO, HE WOULDN'T," SO I JUST HUNG UP. Had a call from someone with a thick accent claiming to be from Western Power, saying my meter was broken and needed replacing. I mentioned it was switched to a smart meter recently, then he said even that was faulty. When I said I'd got mixed up and I still had the old meter, he started shouting at me. Then he rang straight back and started shouting some awful threats about doing horrible things to me. Called him vile and hung up again. Constant annoying calls over and over. They dont seem to be linked with any legit provider. Next time, ask them which company they’re supposed to be from and then contact the provider straight away. I did that and nobody had a clue who they were. Its just a trick to trap you into a fake deal and nick your bank details. Stay safe and just brush them off.

I received a rather peculiar phone call the other day from a gentleman who appeared to have a foreign accent. He claimed to be representing the complaints department of UK Energy, insisting that there had been some sort of grievance regarding our electricity meter. He inquired about the owner or manager of our establishment, mentioning that his superior wished to have a word with our business manager. Upon informing him that the owner was unavailable, he pressed for the owner’s location, to which I politely refused to disclose any information. His response escalated quite dramatically, as he became quite aggressive and urged me to “go rot in hell.” Quite the experience, I must say!

Received a couple of calls from this number earlier today, with the caller purporting to be from British Gas, insisting they needed to swap out my smart meter. Honestly, the accent was so thick I struggled to catch what he was saying! What's more, he already had my name but then asked for my date of birth. I suggested that he send me a letter if he was truly representing British Gas, but his response was rather hostile. I decided to end the conversation, though I have a nagging feeling this isn't the last I'll hear from him.

I've been inundated with calls from this number, and they just won’t take a hint. They claim to be from some vague 'UK services department'-as if that holds any substance at all. The voices on the other end have an accent that’s quite clearly South Asian. It’s gotten to the point where I’m getting pestered nearly every few days, and each time it’s multiple calls. No name given but said he was ringing from a gas n electric supplier. Phoned my job 3 times in a day, I picked up twice and told him we dont handle gas n electric there. He noted down our main office number then said “and your mobile number ma’am?” Came back 2 hours later asking me to get married to him. When he called again tonight he just paused for half a minute without saying a word then hung up.

Today, we had an unsettling experience at the shop when a gentleman, whose accent suggested he was of Asian descent, rang us repeatedly. He seemed intent on securing a table to share tea with me, but his manner was rather off-putting and made me feel uneasy. Eventually, I decided to inform him that I would be reporting his behaviour to the authorities, which I have gone ahead and done.

Got a call from someone named Alec Farhead claiming to be from Energy Solution Ltd, rambled about my electricity and gas bills, then asked for bank and direct debit info. I told him I wasn’t interested, and he got really rude, so I ended the call. Since then, they’ve been ringing every day, using foul language. When my husband answered one time, they cursed at him and even threatened him, saying he’s a dead man walking. They gave the number 02081330221 and a mobile 07438896928 as contacts. We’ve reported everything to TAPAS and the local police fraud team.

This number called me from a call centre trying to sell me electricity and gas. The man said his name was James Bond and had a deep voice with an accent. When I politely said I wasn’t interested, he actually threatened to blow up my shop in 10 minutes if I didn’t comply. Got a call today from some muppet claiming to be from ScottishPower, but I’m already a customer. I asked for the account holder’s name and he just told me to get lost. Poor bloke must be pretty lonely, probably heads back to his dingy flat in London every evening, flicking through rubbish telly and keeping himself entertained. Proper sad situation.

This bloke keeps ringing me nonstop with all sorts of rude language. It's the second time I've had to mention it here. I've had calls from this number to my shop like 6 or 7 times a day since July 2017! At first it was all weird “I wanna marry you” stuff, now it’s just aggressive swear words or they claim there’s some complaint, but honestly, they couldn’t care less. Just sort it out and leave me alone.

I received a rather peculiar phone call from someone claiming to be Samuel Anderson, supposedly representing the National Grid. He insisted that there was an issue with my electricity meter and asked to speak to the property owner. I informed him that the owner was unavailable, but he insisted on obtaining a mobile number. His next threat was to cut off the power supply if I didn't comply and even mentioned sending an engineer. When I pressed for more information, he became evasive. I noted down the number he provided, which was 0208 133 0221, and politely told him I'd get back to him. After ending the call, I took the initiative to dial 1471 to trace the number that had called me, which turned out to be 0208 447 791. He also mentioned that an official letter would be sent, but when he requested more personal details over the phone, I flatly refused. Quite the dodgy exchange, if you ask me!
