About 9:30 on 8th April 2016, I got a call from a really polite young woman checking if we had wills and a funeral plan sorted. I mentioned that we did, and since my wife works in the funeral industry, she quickly said sorry and was very courteous - which is rare these days. If anyone hasn’t got their will or funeral plan sorted, she might be worth speaking to. Definitely no hard sell, which is quite refreshing! Fair play to her for being so well-mannered. -Mike

I just got a call from someone claiming to be Discover Finance. When I rang the number back, I ended up speaking to a really rude girl who sounded annoyed and was chewing gum the whole time. She said I’d applied for a loan - which isn’t true at all. I asked her to take my number off their list and then she just cut me off! I tried calling again to find out why she was so impolite, but she couldn’t even answer properly and hung up once more. Honestly, if they're hiring people who can barely form a proper sentence, they might be a bit risky to deal with.
