Got a call today from someone who had my full name and my old postcode (I moved 4 years back). She claimed it was about getting some refund on bank charges. I told her I don't have any PPI but she insisted it was about bank fees I pay on my account. She asked me what bank I use, what kind of account I have and my birth year. They told me my name and wanted me to confirm it, saying something about a refund for bank charges from before 2013.
