They keep ringing me, and every time I pick up, they hang up straight away. It's quite baffling, really!

Received several calls from this number over the past week. The very first time, I didn’t really catch what the person was asking, so I asked them to say it again. It sounded like it was some kind of 'claims' centre. When I asked which company they were from, the caller just wanted me to say who I was instead. I then just asked who they were but they ended the call. Felt a bit dodgy how they kept twisting the questions. The last call came through on 29/7/16 at 1:44 pm, but I didn’t pick up. I've stopped it now by blocking the number.

Got a call about some car crash i was apparently involved in, which was a total scam since i dont even own a car. I told them to get lost and hung up straight away. Afterwards I made sure to report the number to the TPS. Such a waste of time!

I had a really similar thing happen. They were quick to say the fall wasn’t my fault or anything like that, trying to make it seem all innocent. Felt like they were covering their backs straight away.

Terrible call, this woman rang me claiming she knew I’d been in an accident that wasn’t my fault. I told her exactly what I thought of her and hung up. I’m signed up with the TPS, so can’t figure out how they even got through with this unwanted call.

First I got a call from a woman saying something like, "I hear you were in an accident that wasn't your fault, correct?" When I asked which company she was with, she just hung up on me. Then, not long after, the same number rang back. This time it was a man calling himself Michael Jones. He told me he knew I’d been chatting with his colleague and mentioned the accident again. I tried to get the date of the accident, but he said it didn’t matter. I pushed for the company name, but he rattled off some garbled name super fast, repeated it a few times, then suddenly ended the call.
