Mystery caller This number once had a recorded message in an American accent saying "Your call is really important to us. Please hold the line and you'll be connected to the next free agent." Then it would play some kind of elevator music and hang up. It looks like this number is no longer in use, but I get similar behaviour when 01202 026185 rings me now.

I received a call from this number concerning energy conservation. I mentioned that my partner handles all the energy-related matters and he’s not around at the moment, but truthfully, he wouldn’t be keen on it anyway. I requested that they remove my number from their list. The young chap on the other end had the audacity to respond with, “How absurd!” At that point, I countered with, “I didn’t invite you to call,” and promptly hung up. It’s outrageous how they presume to treat you with such disrespect without knowing who you are!

Just got a call from some nasty lady about my loft insulation booking. I asked which firm she was with and she said Energy Advisory. Told her to take me off their list and never ring again, that I’d be reporting them. Her response? "With pleasure, you miserable c#nt." Absolutely lovely!

Got a call today at 2:43pm, bloke claimed he was from some Energy efficiency firm, but gave the wrong address. Seemed proper clueless and kept saying “yeah” after his sentences. Told him I wasn’t interested and ended the call. The address he gave was strange, so I looked up the number and saw loads of others saying the same. Total scammers, and we’re on TPS as well.

They won’t stop phoning me, and I reckon they’re the ones making those private number calls too. I picked up a few times, but there was nothing but silence on the other end. Now they’re calling like 4 or 5 times daily. Luckily, I’ve got Call Guardian set up, so the withheld calls never even ring as they can’t leave a name. I’ve also blocked this number now. Proper thankful for that feature!

Got a call from someone calling himself Connor today! He was going on about checking my loft insulation because apparently the government says fibreglass insulation might be releasing harmful spores. I just ended the call straight away. Then he phoned again, and my husband picked up, and that bloke told him "your wife’s a c###" before hanging up. Ridiculous behaviour!
