Absolutely disgraceful! A so-called representative from O2 contacted me, claiming they could slash my bill by 35%. The cheeky part is, I’m only paying £12 a month and I’m already an O2 customer! I got a call from a number that my Samsung phone flagged as a possible scam. I don’t know anyone from London, so that immediately raised a red flag. This follows a previous call I got today from 0345 051 1378, which was allegedly from someone calling themselves ‘James McCarthy’ claiming to be with the Fraud Control team at First Direct bank.
