Just got a spam call.

Got a call just a short while ago but when i picked up, noone was there. The strange thing is they first rang my mobile yesterday and today the call came through on my landline. Both times, the missed calls ended with 9173. Anyone got a clue who's behind this? I've gone ahead and blocked the number on both my phone and landline now.
