Macmillan doesn't really support folks with cancer, at least not me or anyone I know with it. So why are they so well known? I wonder where all the cash they get actually ends up. People treat them like heroes but honestly, the true heroes are the doctors and nurses who actually care for patients. Don’t you all think? Come on, be realistic.
