Phone number ☎️ 02034091774 👆 is reported as a persistent nuisance involving scam callers claiming to be from Microsoft or Windows support. They often allege problems with your computer, seeking remote access to resolve supposed issues. Calls are frequently from foreign-sounding individuals, sometimes aggressive or abusive when challenged. Many report receiving multiple calls daily, including silent or abandoned calls, often at inconvenient hours. Recipients who mention using Macs or question the caller typically experience hang-ups or hostility. Got a call today from 0203 3496974, and they said they were from Sky. I’m always suspicious when I don’t know the number, so I told them I'd ring Sky myself to check if my mobile bill was really going to get a discount before carrying on with them.

This number just rang me at my job, claiming there was something wrong with my Windows. When I told them to talk to our IT team, the caller, who sounded Asian, called me a liar like four times in a row and then shouted "F#ck you, you’re gonna die." Absolutely appalling behaviour.

Had a run-in with a Windows scam, really dodgy. I ended up talking to two blokes who sounded Asian or Indian. They kept asking me to log into my PC so they could ‘demonstrate the problem’. I asked them for an IP address linked to the problem they supposedly saw on their system. The first guy then handed me over to another person, who rattled off some random IP. I played along a bit, but when I told them I wasn’t home and couldn’t get to my computer, they just hung up.

I recently had a rather amusing experience with a telephone caller purporting to be a "support" agent from Windows, claiming he had been alerted to error messages emanating from my IP address. I decided to play the role of an elderly chap who couldn’t quite hear, forcing him to repeat his spiel. When I quizzed him about my actual IP number, he conjured up a random one, only nine digits long, while mine boasts an impressive twelve! Given his rather poor command of English, he escalated the conversation to his so-called supervisor, "Harry Johnson." The background noise suggested I was in a buzzing call centre, with other operators attempting to guide their clients to type something in the CMD prompt. Harry, however, shifted the blame away from my supposed IP issues and insisted it was my Windows licence that was at fault. When I pressed him for details about my Windows licence number, he snapped at me for 'wasting HIS time and money' before abruptly severing the connection. Quite the charade, if you ask me! - caller: 0203 409 1774

She claimed to be calling from Windows, but when I mentioned that I don’t use Windows, she inquired if I owned a laptop. I cheekily responded by asking what a laptop actually was and if she fancied a sit-down on my lap. That really caught her off guard, and she hung up rather swiftly!

Got a call from someone claiming to be from Windows support, but yeah right! They dialled an 0902 number, so obviously a scam. Then I get this scripted spiel from some Asian lady - 'Karen' or something - couldn’t help but chuckle. Another call from Mr Windows Man. I kept him talking for almost 15 minutes, telling him I’m elderly and my computer’s upstairs, even made a show of struggling with the stairs. Regarding what others have said - I got a call from an Asian lady saying she worked for Windows. I went along with her instructions for a bit, but acted confused on purpose. Some bloke from overseas called saying it was about my Windows PC, told him off but not very nicely. He’s rung me on three different numbers today. I keep blocking them but it’s getting ridiculous, this kinda stuff should be against the law. Not bothering to pick up anymore.

I received a rather dubious call from a chap with an Asian accent claiming to be from Windows, making out that my computer had been compromised. It was evident from the start that this was all a ruse, so I humoured him briefly. However, it didn't take long for him to sniff out my scepticism, and he turned rather confrontational. Honestly, these sorts of scammers are despicable... all they want is to weasel their way into my laptop and rob me blind. I'm sorry for not falling for it! What a bunch of lowlifes.

Another dodgy number to add to the block list! How many of these muppets are out there? Always the same old tale, something about windows or whatever! They keep ringing my hubby’s phone from loads of different numbers, always saying the same nonsense. I just end up yelling and swearing at them but it doesn’t seem to bother them one bit! Why isn’t anyone sorting these idiots out? And how do they even know my hubby’s name when they call? Makes you think someone’s leaking our phone details for cash or summat!

Got two calls off him, I was like the bloke from 12/06/19 - let them think they’re pulling you in and then surprise ’em! Did the same with a double glazing salesman once, back when I was living in a penthouse on the top floor. The geezer started chatting about a conservatory, I was bored so I thought why not have a bit of fun. I set up an appointment for the muppet to come round, then just waved at him from my window with a glass of red wine. Cheers pal! :)

After putting up with it for far too long, I finally decided to block them - the number in question is ‭020 3409 1774‬.

I've been bombarded with calls from this number, 0203 409 1774, and for the life of me, I can't return the call. It’s clearly a scam; the caller claims to represent Windows and insists they need to remotely connect to my computer to install some update for bug fixes. Every time, it’s the same foreign accent (sounds distinctly Indian). Let's be real, Microsoft would never ring you directly like that; updates are pushed automatically, so there’s no reason to engage in a phone call. I reached out to Microsoft myself to confirm, and they assured me it’s a ruse aimed at breaching your computer's security. When I’m preoccupied, I simply disconnect or ignore the nuisance. However, on quieter days, I find it amusing to give them a bit of cheek over the phone; it’s like a strange form of therapy that brings a bit of joy to my afternoon, ha! - number: 0203 409 1774

I received a rather unsettling phone call earlier from someone who seemed to know my name. Quite alarming, really! The caller claimed he was on the hunt for a wife and even asked if I would consider marrying him. I've swiftly blocked the number now. My advice? Just don’t pick up!

Got calls from them twice today and also last Friday, all from different numbers. They said they were from Windows and there was an issue with my PC - definitely a scam. I've blocked all the numbers now, I reckon they'll give up before I do.

I said my computer isn’t working and they went on about how it’s got some serious virus or something lol. These people are both hilarious and a bit scary tbh.

Got a call from a woman with an Asian accent saying she was from Windows help about my laptop. I told her it was a scam and ended the call straight away. Blocked the number. Why do the authorities let these scammers keep going?

Scammer pretending to be from Microsoft.

Got two calls from the same bloke, so I decided to mess about a bit. The guy with an Asian accent claimed he was from Windows, saying my computer had issues and he could fix it. I played along for a while, then when he asked me to log in, I told him straight up he was a con artist trying to scam me and probably thought I was daft. After that, he just hung up. Go figure!

I’m on a Mac, not Windows. Kindly stop calling and put me on your do not call list.

I've received several calls from this number, so I've now added it to my blocked list on my phone. The last call was particularly unsettling, as there was some heavy breathing on the other end, which really creeped me out. 😡

No idea who this is. Didn’t leave any message so I’m not bothering calling back.

Definitely a con artist, claimed they were from Microsoft which made no sense since I’m on a Mac. Watch out everyone!

Caller had a typical Asian accent and started with the usual greeting but got interrupted and I hung up.

A guy with an Asian accent named Dave Jones phoned me about an issue with my computer, saying he was from Windows UK. I told him I didn’t know Windows was an actual company and thought it was just Microsoft. He just hung up after that.

I've been receiving calls from this number nearly every day. On one occasion, I picked up and the lady on the other end claimed she was reaching out regarding my computer. I informed her that I’m registered with the telephone preference service and requested her to refrain from calling me again. Did that put an end to the nuisance? Not a chance! - caller: 02034091774

At first, it was completely dead quiet, after a bit you could hear what seemed like a call centre in the background, but no one actually spoke on the phone!

whenever they ring me, I stay silent when I pick up and usually they just put the phone down... lol
